't Scholtenhoes holiday home is a unique project, built in a beautiful location in the yard. The origin of the building is an old German barn. The oak trusses are at least several centuries old, as are the roof tiles and stones.

Ancient yet modern

The special thing about the Scholtenhoes is that it is a new building, but that it has the atmosphere and allure of a centuries-old building. Not only because of the old wooden trusses, but also because of the authentic elements, which have been implemented in detail. How about sleeping in a real bedstead with beautiful oak doors? A real party for the children, but also for adults certainly a special experience.

Of course, the building is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a beautiful paving, the garden is beautifully planted, there is a terrace and inside it is also a gem that is fully equipped. Downstairs there is a large living room with a sitting area, an old-fashioned gas heater, of course TV and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a beautiful old-fashioned, granite top.

The entire house is centrally heated and equipped with underfloor heating.

Downstairs, next to the box beds, there is a spacious 2-person bedroom with two box-spring beds which can be pushed separately. You will also find a beautiful bathroom with a spacious shower with rain shower and sink and a separately located toilet. Downstairs you can already sleep with 8 people.

On the upper floor

The upper floor is also beautifully decorated: a 2-person bedroom with sink and a 4-person bedroom. Here are two 2-person box spring beds, which can also be pushed separately. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with rain shower and a sink. The toilet is again separately situated. Kitchen and bath linen is provided as standard. Bed linen can be rented. There is also a washing machine.

The great outdoors

Outside is a terrace. For the children, there is a large trampoline and various other playground equipment. The view over the rolling meadows surrounded by hedgerows, typical of the bocage landscape, is beautiful. In the vicinity of the holiday home there are many nature reserves, such as "het Springendal" and "het Streu".
