How do I find a vacation house on Leisure Time?
You can easily find a vacation house on Leisure Time through the search function on the homepage. For example, search by date, place or travel group or be inspired and search by vacation type, style or popular vacation addresses. To quickly and easily find your dream vacation home among the results, you can easily use the available filters. This way you will have found your next vacation address in no time and you are ready to book!
How do I book a vacation accommodation on Leisure Time?
Once you have found the vacation of your dreams, you can book your vacation easily and quickly by entering the correct arrival and departure date and your details (and possibly those of your travel companions). You then check your booking and Leisure Time ensures that your booking is processed at the renting partner. Simple and quickly fixed!
Can I take an option on a vacation accommodation?
You cannot take an option on a vacation accommodation at Leisure Time. However, you often have the option to cancel your booking (free of charge) with the renting party. Therefore, always check the general travel and cancellation conditions with our affiliated partner before booking.
Why are some dates not available?
Not all dates may be available when booking a property. This may be because the accommodation is already fully booked or because it is not possible to arrive or depart every day. In the calendar of an accommodation you can easily find when the vacation accommodation is still available.
Where can I see if my pet is allowed on vacation?
Leisure Time indicates at each accommodation whether pets are allowed. Do you already know while searching that your pet is going on vacation? Then you simply fill it in with your travel group, because without your four-footed friend your trip is of course not complete. Leisure Time then ensures that you only see properties in which pets are allowed.
My reservations/bookings
Do I get a confirmation of my booking and where can I find it?
Of course you will receive a confirmation from us immediately after completing your booking at Leisure Time. You will receive this confirmation by e-mail. You can also always find your booking in your My Leisure Time account. You didn't receive a confirmation? Please check your spam box. No success there either? Then please contact us. We will then ensure that you receive a confirmation as soon as possible.
Where can I find my booking?
You can find your booking in your My Leisure Time account. You sign in to this through the Leisure Time website with the login details you provided when making your booking. In your account you will find all the details of your booking and the booked accommodation. Have you lost or forgotten your password? Don't worry, you can easily reinstate your password by clicking on 'forgot password'. You will then receive a link in your mailbox to create a new password.
Who do I contact to change or cancel my reservation?
f you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the renter of your booked accommodation. You will find the contact details of the renter in your booking in your My Leisure Time account or through the partner page.
Who do I contact for more information about my booked vacation home or park?
You can find a lot of information about your booked accommodation in your My Leisure Time account. Do you have another question about your vacation accommodation or about the park? Then you can easily contact the renter of your booked accommodation. You will find the contact details of the renter in your booking in your My Leisure Time account or through the partner page.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
You can contact the renter of your booked accommodation to check whether it is possible to transfer your booking to someone else. You will find the contact details of the renter in your booking in your My Leisure Time account or through the partner page.
Is my booking via Leisure Time guaranteed?
Leisure Time ensures that you know 100% where you are going and that your booked vacation accommodation and the renter are 100% checked. We do everything we can to guarantee the quality of your vacation accommodation. Do you want to check whether your booking is guaranteed through, for example, the SGR or ANVR? Then contact the renter of your booked vacation accommodation to check whether the renter is affiliated with a guarantee fund and/or offers additional (travel) securities. You will find the contact details of the renter in your booking in your My Leisure Time account or through the partner page.
Can I make additional bookings through Leisure Time?
You can't book extras through Leisure Time after completing your reservation. Therefore, please contact the renter of your booked accommodation to book extras. You will find the contact details of the renter in your booking in your My Leisure account or through the partner page.
During and after the stay
What can I do if my vacation accommodation does not match my expectations?
If your booked vacation accommodation does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you can take this up with the renter of the accommodation. You will find the contact details of the renter in your booking in your My Leisure Time account or through the partner page. Is it not possible to work it out together? Please let us know so that we can check what we can do for you.
How do I file a complaint?
Do you have a complaint about your booked vacation accommodation? Please contact the renter of your booked accommodation. They can help you to resolve or deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. You will find the contact details of the rental party in your booking in your My Leisure Time account or through the partner page. Do you have a complaint about the booking process of your vacation? Please let us know, we will help you as quickly as we can.
How do I leave a review?
After your vacation stay you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with an invitation to share your best vacation experiences. You can then easily leave your experience through the link.

How do I sign into my My Leisure Time account?
You sign into your My Leisure Time account through the Leisure Time website with the signin details you provided when you made your booking. Have you lost or forgotten your password? Don't worry, you can easily restore your password by clicking on 'forgot password'. You will then receive a link in your mailbox to create a new password.
How do I change the details of my My Leisure Time account?
Did some information change and/or do you want to make some changes? Then sign into your My Leisure Time account to change the information known to us. Can't figure it out? We are happy to help you! You can easily contact us via the contact page.
How do I unsubscribe from Leisure Time newsletters?
Would you prefer not to receive newsletters from us in your mailbox? You can unsubscribe from our e-mails quickly and easily through the link at the bottom of one of our newsletters or through your My Leisure Time account. By unsubscribing from the newsletter you won’t receive newsletters from us anymore in your inbox.

Which payment options can I choose at Leisure Time?
At Leisure Time you pay in the way you like. You can choose from different payment options. From iDeal to a bank transfer and from MasterCard to Visa. The precise payment options available differ per renting party. When you make your booking, we will easily show you which options are available.
Why am I being redirected to another page for payment?
At Leisure Time we make sure that you can easily find the vacation accommodation you are looking for. In order to offer you the best accommodations, we work together with various affiliated partners and renters. As soon as you book with Leisure Time, we ensure that your booking is processed immediately at the affiliated renting party. To complete your booking, we will forward you to the payment page of our partner so that everything is easily arranged in one go and you don’t have to do this yourself later.
