The "Villa Maritiem 6-person" is a comfortably furnished, detached house of 55 m² (approx. 592 sq. ft.) suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children.

• Living Space & View: The living/dining room features a dining table and a flat-screen TV, and offers a direct view of the beautiful lake. From the living room, you can step right out onto the patio.

• Bedrooms: The house features 3 bedrooms: one room with a double bed and a TV, one room with two single beds and a TV, and one room with a bunk bed (2 beds). All bedrooms are equipped with televisions.

• Kitchen & Bathroom: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner stovetop, dishwasher, combination microwave, electric kettle, and a Nespresso coffee maker (pods extra). There is one bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

• Extras: The house is non-smoking, features free Wi-Fi, and a maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed. Smoke detectors are present for safety. Parking is available for 1 car at the property.

• Practical Info: A supermarket is located 1.2 miles from the park, and the center of Maurik can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. A car is recommended.
