Die Sorgfalt für das Haus in allen Details, insbesondere Küche, Bad, Toilettenräume, Betten. Die saubere gute Raumluft. Die gut gepflegte Außenanlage am Haus und im Park. Fernseher im Obergeschoss. Gute Ausstattung. Gut funktionierender Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern.
