Living and outdoor life

The living room is bright and spacious, with large windows that bring the water indoors. The comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV is the perfect place to unwind after a day outside. Sliding doors lead to the covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table, a wooden lounge set and a rocking chair.

From the terrace, you look out over the harbour, and the villa enjoys morning, afternoon and evening sun. Sun loungers and a parasol are ready in the garden, and thanks to the swimming ladder you can slip into the water straight from your own garden on warm days.

Kitchen

The modern open-plan kitchen with cooking island is made for people who love to cook. It features an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, Quooker and Nespresso coffee machine, plus a fridge with freezer compartment and a separate freezer. From breakfast with freshly squeezed juice to a long dinner with your whole group, everything is at hand.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has three bedrooms with box spring beds. On the ground floor is a luxurious bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and washbasin. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, one with a TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A third bathroom with shower and washbasin means nobody has to queue in the morning.

Beds are made up on arrival and a towel set is ready for each guest. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Comfort in every season

Underfloor heating throughout keeps the villa pleasant well beyond summer. Solar panels make the house energy-neutral. You also have a washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, insect screens, a lockable storage room and two private parking spaces. The villa is non-smoking and pets are welcome.
