Water villa in Heeg for 8 guests with a private sauna and your own jetty on the inner harbour
In this detached water villa at Boutique Parc Pharshoeke, up to eight guests stay on the sheltered inner harbour of Heeg. The villa is new in 2025 and energy-neutral thanks to solar panels. You have a private sauna, three bathrooms and your own 7-metre jetty. From your jetty you sail straight onto the Heegermeer without passing a single bridge. This is a holiday home in Heeg for anyone who wants comfort and water in one place.
Living and outdoor life
Large windows bring the inner harbour right into the living room. From the comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV and from the dining table, you watch sailing boats and sloops return at the end of the day. The sliding doors open onto the covered terrace with garden furniture, loungers and a parasol. Have breakfast outside even when the weather turns, and enjoy the evening sun later on. Thanks to the layout of the park, you have little overlooking from the neighbours and an open view of the water.
Kitchen
The modern open kitchen has an induction hob, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a separate freezer. A Quooker, Nespresso coffee machine and citrus press complete the breakfast. Cooking together with the whole group is easy here.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa has four bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and washbasin. The first floor has three bedrooms, two of them with TV, and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Everyone has their own space and nobody has to queue in the morning.
Beds are made up on arrival and a towel set is ready for each guest. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Wellness and extra comfort
After a day on the water, warm up in your own sauna, with aromatic sauna scents included. Underfloor heating keeps the villa pleasant all year round. You also have a washer-dryer, drying rack, Wi-Fi, insect screens, a lockable storage room and two private parking spaces.
On the water
Your own 7-metre jetty lies in the sheltered inner harbour. From here you sail directly to the Heegermeer and on across the Frisian lakes, with no bridges on the way. Back from a trip, you moor at your own villa, ready for drinks on the terrace. Your boat simply becomes part of your stay.

Das haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles, was man im Urlaub braucht, sogar eine Ausstattung für den ersten Kaffee. Besonders hat uns die Lage direkt am Wasser gefallen, so dass wir mit dem Boot direkt am Haus anlegen konnten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Gastvrouw Theresia is geweldig. Attent, zorgzaam en gezellig. En natuurlijk professioneel!
Voor huisje 36 geldt dat we wel hadden verwacht dat er kussens beschikbaar zijn voor de metalen stoelen aan de tuintafel. Voor die prijs en luxe van de watervilla mag je wel die 8 kussens verwachten!
Verder een heerlijk park, prachtig onderhouden.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Alles in allem sehr schöne Häuser.
Besonders die Sauna und der direkte Bootsanleger vor dem Haus waren hervorragend.
Ich habe eben leider erst die Mail gesehen, dass die Bettwäsche hätte im Flur gestapelt werden müssen, das haben wir nicht gemacht. Entschuldigung!
