Description
All villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. The villa has a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area, and a flat–screen TV. A perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game, or simply watch a movie. The modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with a built-in extractor fan, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The villa has 3 bedrooms:
bedroom 1: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 2: 2 x single box-spring, a flat-screen TV and ample storage space
bedroom 3: An outbuilding accessible from outside, including bathroom with toilet and bunk bed
The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The villa has a separate toilet. The living room provides access to the spacious yard. Our villas are non–smoking and equipped with WiFi. You can park one car at the villa without any problems. The beds will have been made when you arrive.

Super locatie, heel rustig, niet ver van utrecht station of centrum. Vriendelijk personeel & ideale uitchecktijden. De locatie was zo mooi dat we zeker terugkomen.

We vonden het leuk om met het bootje vanuit het verblijf te kunnen varen.
Fijn dat ieder koppel een eigen badkamer tot hun beschikking hadden.

Het verblijf was heerlijk de huisjes waren perfect. Alleen een paar aandacht punten voor in de douches een plankje of een plateau voor de shampoo etc erop te leggen. Ik heb ook even door gegeven bij de receptie de klok batterij was leeg, op de wc de ventilator deed het niet, de stofzuiger zak vaker worden vervangen,

Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war so wie wir und das vorgestellt haben.
Villa schön am Wasser gelegen (Kanal) es fehlte nur die Möglichkeit das Wasser, am Haus, durch eine Leiter im Wasser zu verlassen. Bei einem so langen Aufenthalt ist es besonders optimal wenn man ein Boot besitzt und dieses täglich nutzen kann.
