It consists of two characteristic stone houses with 4 independent apartments in Tuscan style. Once arrived, the car is no longer necessary here, because restaurants, grocery stores and stores of all kinds are within walking distance. Those who want a relaxing vacation can enjoy spending time outdoors on a plot of about 7000 m² around the houses. The outdoor area is equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, tables, chairs and barbecue. A communal pool (between 1.10 m - 2.0m deep ) is available to guests until 20.30. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
