Dreamlike and spacious stone villa with swimming pool in an idyllic location.
Together with your extended family, you can feel at home and relax in this tasteful villa. Large rooms give you the opportunity to play together, relax or read a good book in peace. You can also light a crackling open fire in the evening and enjoy the evening with a good wine.
You can also spend pleasant hours on the balcony and the terraces on the three floors. These invite you to practise yoga, enjoy meals together and sunbathe. A large pool is the ideal place to play in the water, relax and swim your first laps in the early morning.
Drive a few kilometres by car until you reach the beautiful beach of Santa Maria, where you can spend many hours in the wonderful water and on the warm sand. Build sandcastles with your children and listen to the sound of the waves. You can also set off on hikes directly from the accommodation and explore the beautiful landscape on foot or by bike.
Please note: The road is difficult to access and a four-wheel drive vehicle is required for the last 200 metres to the house.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
