It is located about 1 kilometer from Massaciuccoli, an ancient Roman settlement where you can admire the remains of a Roman villa and thermal baths. At the lake it is also possible to rent canoes or walk on a wooden walkway that crosses part of the lake, observing different species of birds from special small huts. And when you are back from your day trip, relax in the garden with a good glass of wine! Access to the accommodation via 600m gravel road.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
