Art lovers can reach the most important historic Tuscan cities from here, such as Pisa with its world-famous Leaning Tower. In addition to the tower, which is a symbol of the city, there is also the Piazza dei Miracoli, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, the Battistero di San Giovanni and the Monumental Cemetery. We also recommend a visit to the beautiful city of Lucca, rich in churches and events (Lucca Summer Festival with artists from all over the world; Lucca Comics for comic lovers) and with intact city walls from the 15th century.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
