There is a main house, an outbuilding with equipped fitness area, a swimming pool, a play area for children and an entertainment area. The property also includes a small lake for sport fishing. Montaione is located in a dominant and central position, ideal to reach Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena or the sea. The Etruscan coast can be reached by car in about an hour. The house offers plenty of space to organize a vacation with family or with a group of friends. The last section of the access road is not asphalted (800 m).

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
