This charming house in a vineyard on the hills near Pisa invites you to a fantastic vacation: Excursions to Pisa, Firenze, Lucca. The sandy beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast are also not far away. During the day and in the evening you can taste the wine produced on site! Barbecue, wood oven and rich outdoor tables will surely give you an unforgettable dream. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
