'Bij Bert aan Zee' is where you make memories, relax, love, enjoy, rest & more! Welcome to our holiday home in Zoutelande. 5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-restricted and child-friendly park with private parking. The recently fully renovated house (June 2020) offers a cozy, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Extra attention has been paid to child-friendliness and safety, and one pet is welcome. A wonderful home with all amenities (wifi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, 'emma' mattresses, combi-oven, filter coffee machine, nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private gardens all around, bicycle storage with charging point, outdoor tap, etc.). The ground floor has a cozy living room, open kitchen and atmospheric dining area. Additionally, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin unit, separate toilet and the walk-in shower with washbasin unit, hairdryer. The first floor has a spacious landing with skylight and built-in closet. A bedroom with two beds and dormer window and also a spacious bedroom with two beds, washbasin unit and wardrobe. The entire house has central heating, PVC flooring and a (towel) radiator in every room and has surprisingly much storage space. An iron and baby bath are also available.

5 minutes walking distance from the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bicycle-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-restricted and child-friendly park with private parking. There is a small playground present. The park is situated at the foot of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the biggest playground nearby?! The center of Zoutelande (equipped with all facilities and very cozy in terms of boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is 5 min. by bike or 10 min. walking. Surroundings
The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a beach holiday in Zoutelande is a feast! The center of Zoutelande is accessible within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir stores, a bike rental and fresh bakery. The fashionable Domburg is a half hour bike ride away, as is Middelburg with its many monuments.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war genau wie letztes Jahr wieder sehr schön. Hervorzuheben ist die Ruhe und Sauberkeit in der Anlage sowie die Freundlichkeit der Nachbarn miteinander und zu den Tieren (Hunden).
Gerade das Haus Nr. 51 mit der eingezäunten Terrasse ist einfach nur toll.
Die Nähe zu den Dünen und der Aufenthalt am Meer ist Balsam für die Seele. Auch die gute Erreichbarkeit zur Fußgängerzone von Zoutelande ist uns sehr wichtig und hilfreich.

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft der Schlüssel für die Schranke nicht am angegebenen Platz. Daher waren mehrere Telefonate notwendig, bis der Schlüssel endlich gebracht wurde und wir die Autos zum Ausladen vorfahren konnten.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung des Hauses - es ist alles vorhanden, was "das Herz begehrt", liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt.
Auch die große Terrasse und die dortige Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
Wir werden das Haus sicherlich auch in 2027 wieder buchen (dann bereits zum 5ten Mal).

Goede lighing met een uitzicht op de duinen. Heerlijke bedden echt fantastisch kunnen vele wat van leren. Er zat duidelijk veel liefde in dit huisje, want er lagen veel lees boeken, spelletjes etc. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige minpuntje was dat er vieze borden,kommetjes en pannen stonden en de pannen zijn aan vervanging toe. Een echte aanrader!

We verbleven met vijven in het huisje met erg mooie grote buitenruimte. Afstand centrum en strand was goed te doen, ook voor de twee ouderen die erbij waren.
Tijdens het verblijf nog via mail contact gehad, hierop kwam meteen een reactie dit is natuurlijk heel fijn.
Het huisje was schoon en compleet ingericht.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus war toll. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Jedes Plätzchen ist sehr gut genutzt und es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden.

Ein schmuckes und liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus mit einer tollen großen Terrasse.
Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Man ist sehr schnell am Meer oder über die Strandpromenade im Zentrum von Zoutelande mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Als wir uns so richtig eingelebt und Zuhause gefühlt haben, mussten wir leider wieder abreisen - aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super mooi huisje, er is zichtbaar geïnvesteerd in inrichting en decoratie. Overal is ruim voldoende opbergruimte. De tuin is heerlijk, zeker bij mooi weer. En de locatie is dichtbij het strand en het centrum.
