From the living room on the upper floor, you have a beautiful view of the water thanks to the large windows. The living room can be reached via a somewhat steep staircase. Spend cosy evenings here and watch the mood lighting change. The dining table invites you to enjoy cosy dinners with friends or family. The three bedrooms on the ground floor offer good places to relax after a lovely day's holiday with excursions in the surrounding area.
Spend fantastic hours outside on one of the terraces right by the water and relax with a good book in the sun on the garden furniture.
Go on excursions in the surrounding area to the Frisian villages of Hindelopen, Workum and Stavoren and to the Wadden Islands. The beach is ideal for small children due to the shallow water. You also have the opportunity to learn kitesurfing and take lessons here. The historic town of Workum is 2 kilometres away. You can also visit the characteristic Frisian Elf towns of Hindeloopen, Joure or Sneek.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
