The vacation home in Paessens is only 50 meters from the Wadden Sea. The vacation home is pet-friendly and the accompanying garden is fully fenced. Enjoy the warm summer days in your own garden or on the terrace. The province of Friesland offers many excursion possibilities. At 12 km from the vacation home is the Elfstedenplaats Dokkum. The Wadden Islands Ameland and Schiermonnikoog are easily accessible by ferry. In the National Park Lauersoog you can make beautiful walks and bike rides. If you are traveling with a large group, you can also book the neighboring vacation homes HFR077, HFR083 and HFR084.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
