Pricing and Cost Items

Dynamic pricing is not available within the system itself; specialized software is required for this, which incurs additional costs. However, the system does allow you to set automated last-minute discounts.

You set weekly prices for the 52 weeks of the year by default. The advantage of this setup is that you only need to set these prices once annually. After that, you can flexibly adjust prices per week, for example, for last-minute high or low occupancy. Weekend, midweek, or nightly prices are adjusted proportionally based on the period. Note that these are rental prices and separate from cost items like cleaning, reservation fees, bed linens, etc.

Yes, the system allows you to set a surcharge per person per night starting from a specific number of guests. For example, the rent is X for up to 6 people, and from the 7th person, there’s an additional surcharge of X per night.
