Description
In this beautiful location, right on the banks of the Veerse Meer, lies this brand new villa for 6 people. From your villa you can enjoy yachts, sailing boats and windsurfers crossing the water all day long. But it is also a place that breathes tranquility, where you start the day relaxed and in the evening after a day on the lake or a wonderful beach day enchanted by a beautiful sunset.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with direct access to the garden and furnished with single beds. The master bedroom has a bathroom en suite, equipped with a rain shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and equipped with a rain shower and bathroom furniture. From the entrance you can also reach the toilet and storage room with washing machine. Through the staircase in the hall you go to the second floor.
On the second floor you will find the spacious and light-filled living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and filter coffee machine.
The cozy living room has a comfortable interior with flat screen TV (additional foreign channels). The couch in the living room can be transformed into a sofa bed. This allows 2 extra people to stay in the house on request. Through the sliding/folding doors you come to the roof terrace with stunning views of the lake. In the morning you can quietly wake up to the silence of the lake and then have breakfast with the whole family in the sun. A wonderful start to your vacation day.
There is a parking space for one car on private property. The garden shed has room for bicycles and any water sports equipment.
Your pet is welcome in this villa.

Het is een geweldig mooie royaal huis. Mooie keuken. Ruim opgezet. Goed ingericht.
Wonen op de verdieping geeft ook iets ruimtelijks.
Ook goede bedden en ruime slaapkamers, iets wat je zeker niet overal tegenkomt.

Bij aankomst in de vakantiewoning kwam er een enorme rust over ons heen.
Kijkend na buiten met een geweldig zicht op het Veerse Meer kreeg ik meteen een vakantie gevoel.
In deze woning en deze plek is het heel prettig om te vertoeven.
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Unterkunft liegt super - nah am Wasser und in fußläufiger Nähe zu vielen möglichen Freizeitangeboten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Ferienhaus. Super Ausstattung, schönes & funktionales Interior… rund um zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir fühlten uns wohl. Kurzer Weg zum Strand war super. Infrastruktur sehr gut. Auf kurzen Wegen kann gut einkaufen, essen gehen auch andere Städte sind sehr gut erreichbar.
Auch ein kompletter Regentag konnte man sehr gut im Haus verbringen. Dies ist auch der Größe und Ausstatung des Hauses geschuldet.
Da wir erstmals mit Hund in Urlaub waren, hat uns die Hundefreundlichkeit sehr überrascht und gleichzeitig auch gefreut.
Wir können nur sagen: Schön war es!
