Looking for a spacious, relaxed waterside stay for eight? The Watervilla buitenzijde met Sauna I 8 personen is a detached villa at Boutique Parc Pharshoeke in Heeg, new in 2025 and energy-neutral. It sits on the outer edge of the park, overlooks the quiet outer harbour and has no direct neighbours opposite. From your own jetty you can sail straight out onto the Frisian lakes.
Living with the water as your backdrop
Large windows bring the view right inside. You won't look out over the open lake, but over the calm harbour water where boats come and go, with the Heeg sailing school in the distance. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a large dining table for long evenings together.
Sliding doors open onto the covered terrace with a generous garden table and chairs. Breakfast by the water or a drink in the evening sun, all without being overlooked. The garden with sun loungers and a parasol completes your outdoor living space.
Cooking in the modern open kitchen
The open kitchen features an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher and a Quooker for instant boiling water. The Nespresso coffee machine is ready for your first cup, and with a fridge with freezer compartment plus a separate freezer, there is plenty of room for groceries for eight.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor you'll find a bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower and washbasin.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of them with a TV, and two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet. Everyone has their own space, even with a full house. Beds are made up on arrival and a towel set is ready for every guest.
Wellness and comfort
Your private sauna, including aromatic sauna infusions, is the perfect way to warm up after a day on the water or a brisk bike ride. Underfloor heating keeps the villa cosy in every season. You'll also have a washer-dryer, fast Wi-Fi, a lockable storage room and two private parking spaces. Solar panels make the villa energy-neutral.

Your 7-metre private jetty lies on the outer harbour, right by your terrace. From here you sail directly onto the Frisian lakes without any bridges or other obstacles. Bringing your own boat? Simply moor it at your doorstep.

Wenn es was gibt, das zu beanstanden ist, dann ist es die Beantwortung von E-Mails. Das dauert manchmal Tage. Ich habe häufig telefonisch nachfragen müssen, und auch das war nicht immer möglich. Das ist verbesserungswürdig. Alles andere war perfekt.

Fijne ontvangst. Een fantastisch modern huis met alles erop en eraan! Rustige ligging, eigen steiger aan het water.
Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding: het was wel een flink bedrag voor 11 nachten.
Het was relaxt en wat is Friesland verrassend leuk. We hadden prachtig weer, dat moet ik erbij zeggen:-).

Sehr positiv waren die Sitzmöbeln draußen , sehr ausreichend. Der Grill war auch super . Der Bootsanleger am Haus . Die Lage vom Haus . Der Park war sehr ruhig .

Fijne woning met goede meubels en ruime koelkast voor 8 personen. Keuken heeft een smalle indeling zodat je elkaar in de weg loopt maar ja als dat t probleem is. Verder heerlijke plek!

Ein wunderbares Haus mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Ausstattung.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und fußläufig zum Ort, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt.
