The accommodation consists of two buildings connected by a heated conservatory, which is used as an activity room. Enjoy the comfort inside the house. Starting in the modern and open kitchen, the numerous playground equipment and the wellness oasis, with whirlpool bath and sauna, in the bathroom, you will find the right place in the house depending on your mood and preference.
The two covered terraces offer good opportunities for outdoor stays. Look forward to a table tennis or beach volleyball tournament, barbecue in the evening on the terrace or relax under the stars in the Finnish wooden bath.
From the house, a road and some paths lead directly to the Wadden Sea (UNESCO), where you can observe various animals, such as seals and porpoises. Walking on the island of Rømø, you will discover the beautiful heath and dune landscape and then get to the beautiful sandy beach, which invites you to stay. In the summer months you can swim here excellently, while the autumn days invite you to fly kites and kite.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
