Imagine this: you are sitting on the sofa, coffee in hand, and the water stretches out peacefully before you. That is exactly how a morning at Villa Maritiem by the water feels. Thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, you have a full view of the water from the living room, while daylight fills the space. The atmospheric living room offers a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV. Whether you are sitting at the table together for an elaborate dinner, playing a game, or simply relaxing with a movie, it immediately feels like a holiday here.
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree stay. You will find a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Comfortable sleeping
The villa has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds and a private flat-screen TV. The beds are already made up for you upon arrival. The luxurious bathroom features a double sink, a rain shower, and a toilet.
Outdoors by the water
From the living room, you step straight onto the hardwood terrace, directly adjacent to the water. With a dining table for 4 people and a parasol, this is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or long evenings outdoors while the water glistens before you. Do you have your own boat? The marina is within walking distance, and from there you can sail straight onto the Nederrijn. The villa is non-smoking, equipped with Wi-Fi, an indoor storage unit, and a private parking space.
Park and surroundings
MarinaPark Bad Nederrijn is situated directly on the Nederrijn in Maurik, in the heart of the Betuwe. At the park, you can enjoy a recreational lake with a beach, a cozy brasserie, bicycle rental, a marina, and plenty of activities for children. The surrounding area is worth exploring: cycle along dikes and orchards, visit the fortified town of Buren, try your hand at water sports on the Nederrijn, or take a day trip to Ouwehands Zoo, just 13 km away. If you cross the river, the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is right on your doorstep.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij MarinaParken! 😍 Alles was netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. De omgeving was prachtig en rustig, en we hebben echt genoten van de sfeer en de mooie locatie. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen zeker nog een keer terug! ❤️

Insgesamt war alles super und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war schön und der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm.
Ein paar Punkte möchten wir jedoch als Hinweis zur Verbesserung erwähnen: Wir sind mit zwei Autos angereist, konnten aber leider nicht mit beiden Fahrzeugen vor dem Haus parken. Sobald die Schranken geschlossen waren, war die Zufahrt zudem nicht mehr möglich.
An einem Abend war die Musik außerdem bis etwa 1 Uhr nachts sehr laut, sodass es schwierig war, zur Ruhe zu kommen und zu schlafen.
Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die genannten Punkte sind lediglich als freundlicher Hinweis gedacht, damit der Aufenthalt für zukünftige Gäste noch angenehmer gestaltet werden kann.

Heerlijk huis, alles erop en eraan.
Aan het water, onder een boom… We hadden de airco erbij gehuurd, zat geen gat naar buiten dus moest de deur voor de slang open blijven. Met deze temperaturen was dat een beetje jammer want we haalden ook weer warmte naar binnen.

Mooi uitzicht over het water. Korte afstanden naar speeltuin en restaurant. Huisjes super Luxe, en alles was er wel te vinden in de keuken. Super genoten. Prima !
