Description
The villas have a very spacious feel due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. This guarantees a view of the water and a lot of light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people and a large flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
All our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage options. On arrival we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can easily walk to the harbor and sail directly onto the Lower Rhine. Our villas are non-smoking, equipped with WiFi and indoor storage. You can park one car at the accommodation without any problems.

Wie immer war es sehr schön im Park, wir waren jetzt bereits zum 5x da.
Leider hat der Nachbar uns verboten am Wasser am Ufer lang zu laufen, weil er meint das ist Privatgrundstück.
Ich hoffe das dies bis zum nächsten Besuch mit dem Inhaber des Hauses 81 geklärt wird.

Leuk en gastvrij.
Wij zijn heel goed ontvangen en geholpen.
Bij ons deed Wifi niet en de tv had zenderstoring , dit hebben we zaterdagmorgen gemeld bij de receptie.
Er is direct actie ondernomen en het probleem is direct verholpen.
Dit hebben wij ervaren als een super, snelle en goede service.
Wij komen vast nog wel weer een keer terug op een marinapark.

We hebben begin september genoten van een fantastisch verblijf in deze luxe vakantiewoning. Alles was aanwezig! De woning is modern, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn uitstekend, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte.
Het uitzicht op het water is prachtig en zorgt direct voor rust. We hebben heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt in de Utrechtse Heuvelrug en het bos bij Amerongen — een prachtige omgeving om te verkennen.
De communicatie was duidelijk en de instructies bij aankomst waren helder. Alles verliep soepel en ontspannen.
Kortom: een perfecte plek om tot rust te komen en te genieten van comfort, natuur en luxe.
