Located just 2 km from the beach and the lively center, this holiday home offers the ideal mix of privacy and proximity to local attractions. With an area of 86 m² and a fenced plot of 360 m², you will enjoy a secluded and peaceful environment. The large south-facing sun terrace (26 m²) is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun.

The bungalow features a bright, spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and a generous dining area for six people. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and coffee machine—everything you need for a carefree stay.
Comfortable Bedrooms and Modern Bathroom
The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious double bed (180 x 200 cm) and airco, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two mattresses (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is modernly furnished with a walk-in shower, sink, and stylish bathroom cabinet. Additionally, there is a cozy storage room with a lockable, insulated canopy that can be used as a third bedroom. This cozy space features a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and offers extra privacy and comfort.

Der Alexander Park hat uns total gut gefallen. Etwas abseits vom Trubel haben wir uns in unserem Bungalow sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön aufgeteilt, mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und einem wunderschönen Garten mit tollen Sitzgelegenheiten. Und was ganz wichtig war, der Garten war komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Wir drei hatten wunderschöne Tage in diesem Park. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der komplette Ablauf war Reibunglos und durch die App, sowie die Willkommensmappe, hatte man schnell Infos zur Hand, egal ob online oder offline.
Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gemütlich.
Top ausgestattet mit Backofen, Kühl/Gefrierkombi ,Waschmaschine + Trockner und Klimaanlage.
Durch den Garten und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten hatte man es auch "zu Hause" gemütlich.
Eine wunderschöne Landschaft und eine ruhige und gepflegte Nachbarschaft.
Es hat alles gepasst !
