Description
A sense of lived-in Italian character shapes this welcoming sitting room, where a substantial brick fireplace with a timber mantel forms a striking focal point. Bookshelves filled with reading material, comfortable seating and carefully placed decorative pieces create an intimate atmosphere that invites unhurried evenings indoors. Soft daylight enters through the large window, while the tiled floor adds to the traditional feel. Outside, a swimming pool offers another place to relax during warm Tuscan days. Capezzano Pianore lies between the foothills of the Apuan Alps and the Versilia coast, opening up varied possibilities for days out. Head towards the seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio for beaches and lively promenades, or explore the historic streets of Pietrasanta, renowned for its artistic heritage. Inland, Camaiore offers old-town charm, while the surrounding hills invite walks among the distinctive landscapes of northern Tuscany.
