The villa enjoys a peaceful and sunny elevated location, 17 km from the Adriatic Sea. Surrounding the property is a completely private 880 m² plot with a beautiful garden and a large private swimming pool.

With 200 m² of living space, four bedrooms, several bathrooms and multiple terraces, the villa is ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Spend your days enjoying the pool and garden, then gather in the evening for a barbecue or a friendly game of table football.

Layout & Comfort

Villa Stuartma is spread over two floors and features a spacious 70 m² living/dining room. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and air conditioning. The living room provides direct access to the terrace.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic cooktops, microwave and freezer. There is also a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. The other two bedrooms each have two 80 x 200 cm single beds. One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, while the other provides access to a terrace. These bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning. There is an additional bathroom upstairs with shower, bidet and toilet.

The villa offers free Wi-Fi, a safe and a washing machine. For extra entertainment, a table football table is also available.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Outside, you can enjoy a wonderful private setting. The villa stands on an 880 m² private property with a beautiful garden, barbecue and an irregularly shaped private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters. The pool has a depth of 100 to 150 cm and is open seasonally from April 15 through October 15. Sun loungers are provided around the pool.

There are two terraces: a partially covered 20 m² terrace and a second 10 m² terrace. Both are furnished with outdoor furniture. From the terraces, you can enjoy views of the pool and the surrounding landscape.

The area is ideal for active excursions. Hiking trails and a cycling path begin just 1 km from the villa. A restaurant is approximately 1 km away, while a shop is about 4 km away. The pebble beaches along the coast are approximately 17 km away. Tennis courts and a sports center are about 16 km away, while a water park is approximately 19 km away.
