This inviting villa offers plenty of outdoor space, a private swimming pool and stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Thanks to its peaceful location, it is an ideal place for anyone looking to relax, enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere and leave the everyday hustle and bustle behind.

The heated swimming pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area. On the adjoining rooftop terrace, you can relax on the loungers and enjoy beautiful views in the evening as the sun slowly sets.

Layout & Comfort

Villa Grace is spread over two floors and is ideal for groups who value comfort and privacy. The main entrance is located by the pool and provides access to the upper floor.

Here, you will find a bright and spacious shared living area with plenty of natural light and beautiful sea views. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining area, making cooking and dining together a natural part of the vacation. There are also two bedrooms on this floor.

The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the lawn. Two lounge chairs are positioned here, offering views of the sea. Three of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy.

Outside, next to the living room, there is a covered dining area with seating for 8 guests. With the charcoal barbecue provided, you can easily prepare and enjoy a relaxed meal outdoors.

The villa features air conditioning. A crib and high chair are available for families with young children. Your dog is welcome too.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate. Take a refreshing dip in the 32 m² private swimming pool, relax on a lounger on the rooftop terrace or enjoy the sea views from the lawn. The pool is heated and open from April through the end of October.

Jadranovo is located in the Kvarner region and is a wonderful base for a peaceful vacation on the Croatian coast. The entire Vinodol Valley is particularly well suited to active vacationers. Hikers, cyclists, anglers, climbers and paragliders will find plenty of opportunities here. Extensive cycling and hiking routes lead through impressive landscapes and along places where natural beauty and cultural heritage come together.

For a day trip, the coastal towns of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski, with their beaches and restaurants, are just about a 10-minute drive away. The island of Krk is also easy to reach. The port city of Rijeka is approximately 30 km away, while Rijeka Airport is only about 5 km away. A rental car is recommended.

On request, groceries can be arranged from supermarkets and local farmers.
