A skilful restoration has transformed this typical 17th century Tuscan farmhouse into a warm and welcoming country residence that can comfortably accommodate 9 people.

Outside, the large garden that surrounds the villa is furnished with furniture for relaxing in the open air; the façade is enriched by a large and functional lemon grove ideal for enjoying excellent dinners, while the beautiful swimming pool offers coolness on hot summer days and an enchanting view of the vineyards, olive groves and the sites of the historic battle of Trasimeno fought between the Carthaginian leader Hannibal and the Romans. Totally independent but not isolated, Villa Eugenio allows you to reach shops and restaurants within a few minutes' drive and is an excellent starting point for nature lovers who can enjoy pleasant nature excursions.

THE VILLA is on three levels. The ground floor consists of two living rooms with fireplace, sofa bed, television; a dining room; a well-equipped kitchen; a bathroom with shower and a service bathroom; a laundry-ironing room and a cellar. The sleeping area is developed on the 1st and 2nd floors where there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, and two other bedrooms - one double and one single - that share a bathroom with tub and shower. The central body of the upper floors also includes an independent APARTMENT accessed by the typical external stone staircase. On the 1st floor there is an entrance hall with dining room, kitchen area and living room with fireplace; on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom with tub.
