In addition to the kitchen in the main building, guests also have access to a poolside kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying delicious meals al fresco. Recommended excursions include the city of Arezzo with its beautiful historic center and Piazza Grande, where every first weekend of the month there is an interesting antique market, the church of San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca; Casentino Nature Park and a trip to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno in Umbria with its equipped beaches and romantic islands are also recommended.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
