The holiday home is surrounded on three sides by a terraced, partly paved garden. The garden offers a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding hills and is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a table and two sun loungers. There are a few shady spots in the garden.

On the first floor (approx. 40 m²), reached via an old, narrow and somewhat steep staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a study with desk and a bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a folding bed in the bedroom or study. The stone interior walls on the ground and first floor create a cosy atmosphere. The terracotta tiles on the ground floor were made by hand.
The streets in the historic city centre are narrow, but still easily accessible by car. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for excursions. Visit, for example, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Umbria, Rome, Florence, Siena and Cortona. There are numerous cultural, food and wine and musical events in the area, such as Agosto Corcianese, Trasimeno Music Festival, Festival dei Due Mondi-Spoleto, Umbria Jazz-Perugia, Festival Internazionale Giovani Concertisti-Castelrigone, Trasimeno Blues-Comuni del Lago Trasimeno, Sagra Musicale Umbra-Perugia, Cantine Aperte, Eurochocolate. There are also restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.
