The spacious outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers, a comfortable outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a dining area for all your summer meals. Inside the 150 m² villa, you can enjoy a modern interior:
Open living area: An atmospheric living room with a widescreen TV that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
Entertainment for everyone: The villa features its own game room with foosball, table tennis, and even a PlayStation 5 for hours of fun.
Comfortable bedrooms: On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and TVs, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. From the private terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee with a panoramic view of nature.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
