Built in 2007 and partially renovated in 2020, this modern Istrian holiday home guarantees a relaxing stay with all the necessary luxury.
Comfort and relaxation in your own garden
This vacation home with a private pool (32 m²) is situated on a private 500 m² plot. In the beautifully maintained garden, you will find a comfortable lounge set and a barbecue, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors. There is a playground for the children, while you can relax on the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The interior (135 m²) is fully equipped:
Ground floor: A bright living room with satellite TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, a media room with an additional sofa bed for 1 person, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a bathroom with a shower/toilet, and a practical utility room with a washing machine.
First floor: Three comfortable bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) and a second bathroom with a shower/toilet.
Thanks to air conditioning on both floors, the house stays wonderfully cool even in the summer months. Do you have a pet? Small pets up to 10 kg are very welcome (maximum 2).

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
