(exterior staircase) mezzanine with 1 double bed (160 cm), shower/WC. Small kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Oil heating (extra). Wooden floors. Large terrace roofed, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the forest and Riviera della Versilia.
