The first thing you notice is the light and the coolness, an ambience largely created by the Albinic Provincial limestone with which the walls and floors are lined. This villa offers an oasis of contemporary comfort and style set in an ambience of history and ancient Provincial tradition. The villa throughout is sumptuously furnished. The entire effect is one of true Riviera style. The amazing retractable roof makes the interior feel like you are standing on the deck of a ship. There is even a telescope to view the horizon and across to the Med.

The villa is located just outside the ramparts of the old village of St. Paul de Vence, approximately a 7-minute walk into the village and the villa is equipped with 6 bedrooms, all ensuite (2 suites, 2 sea view rooms and 2 garden view rooms). All rooms are luxury quality and fully stocked with linen, towels, etc.

Maid service (5 days), pool maintenance and gardener are included.

There is also high-speed wireless internet throughout most of the villa as well as a laptop for guests use and a Grand Piano for use. 

Maid service (5 days a week) provided, gardener, and pool service, included in the price - as well as water and electricity and final cleaning. As the operators of the Villa, we are constantly in communication with our staff to ensure all goes well and can be contacted at any time should a problem arise. We can also arrange for cooks, guides, caterers, and nearly any other service you may require.

The outside area is beautiful, complete with a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden, terraces, balconies, as well as 20 garden chairs available. Spend your morning lounging by the pool, and the afternoon enjoying an al fresco meal with a glass of local wine.

This villa is for 12 people and there is an additional sofa bed for 2 more. Additional cots for children available.
