This detached bungalow was completely renovated and extended in 2023 and furnished for 6 people.The location is central in the park within walking distance of Lake Veere and 20 minutes' cycling to the North Sea beach. A perfect location if you are a water sports and/or nature lover. In this park surrounded by greenery, tranquillity and space are central. The right base for a relaxing holiday.
The house is located on a generous plot at the end of a dead-end lane. The sunny south-facing garden offers plenty of privacy. You will always find a spot in the sun where you can enjoy the garden in peace in one of the sun loungers. You can enjoy a summer evening on the attractive terrace until late in the evening. And the next morning, you can walk straight to the Veerse Meer with your surfboard.
The living room is attractively furnished and features a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV. There is a spacious dining table for 6 which is perfect for after-dinner dining. The brand new open kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge-freezer, a combination microwave oven and an induction hob. There is a washing machine in the storage room.
The property features three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is situated in the new part of the house and features a double bed and plenty of storage space. From the bedroom you have a view of the garden. There is also a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
There are two bathrooms in this property. The generous, brand-new bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a sink and shower. There is a separate guest toilet in the hall.
In this holiday home, you are assured of peace and privacy and will quickly feel at home. Various facilities can be found here at 5 minutes' walking distance on the nearby campsite, including a small supermarket and a restaurant, as well as a surf and sailing school where you and the children can take part in a clinic in supping or windsurfing, for example.

Wir kommen schon seit über 30 Jahren zum Ruiterplaat am Veerse Meer und waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem Ferienhaus.

Wir waren als Familie schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Nach der Renovierung ist das Haus ein echtes Schmuckstück, von der Lage mal ganz abgesehen. Wir waren wieder gerne hier und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Wir kommen seit sehr vielen Jahren nach Zeeland. Die Landschaft, die See, die Strände, die Dünen, die Orte, Alles verzaubert uns immer wieder auf das Neue. Das Ferienhaus in Essenlaan 5 ist ein sehr stylisches Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Auch die direkte Nachbarschaft war sehr angenehm. Wir möchten uns auch bei dem Team von Ruiterplaat Vakanties herzlich bedanken. Wir wurden wie immer sehr freundlich und professionell betreut!
