Directly behind the dike (with beautiful beach) are the 70 luxury holiday homes in an oasis of tranquility. This house for 8 people has a large fenced garden with plenty of privacy. The vacation home is in a wonderful location to explore the area by bike, or do you prefer a nice walk on the dike? Relax in this vacation home after a bike ride or a walk! The house has a sauna. The cottage also has other amenities, namely 2 TVs, a stereo, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms and three separate toilets. The property also has 2 parking spaces and there are several central parking spaces in the park. A playground has been created for the little ones. Bicycles can be rented at the reception. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
