From the terrace you have a beautiful view on the mountain peaks and this is a perfect place to spend a holiday in both summer and winter due to the many activities in the region.
Layout holiday home
The luxury apartment is on the second floor of a modern complex in Saalbach. There is a very cozy living room with an open kitchen and a sitting area with a fireplace where there is enough space to sit with the whole group. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 extra people. The bathroom has a bath, a shower and a sauna, so after a day of skiing, just relax in the wellness area. At night you curl up on the couch in front of the crackling fire.
Surroundings
The center of Saalbach and the supermarket are 4 km from the apartment. Enjoy all the beauty that Saalbach and the surrounding area have to offer, both in summer and in winter. Skiing, hiking, quad biking, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, there is plenty to do for young and old.
Especially in winter, Saalbach is a very popular winter sports destination with an extensive ski area together with Leogang, Fieberbrunn and Zell am See.

Prachtig appartement met alles erop en eraan.
Schoon en gezellig ingericht.
Voordeel, als er voldoende sneeuw is kan je starten en eindigen bij het appartement.

Familienurlaub mit Freunden direkt an der Piste.
Die Sauna wurde regelmäßig genutzt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat einen sehr großen Balkon.
Zwei Garagen gehören zur Wohnung.

Ruim appartement. Zeer gezellige woonkamer en eetkeuken. Prima sauna. Twee prima badkamers. De overdekte garages waren ook fijn om te gebruiken. Het balkon lag 's middags helaas niet meer in de zon.
