This beautiful semi-detached house is beautifully located in the middle of the Grossarl Valley and offers you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the valley. The house was newly built in 2006 and is very comfortable and equipped to a high standard. The large terrace is partially covered and offers you great opportunities for a cozy get-together. There is also a barbecue at your disposal. Totally super equipped is also the adjacent children's playground. Here children of different ages can really let off steam. Also a garage that offers space for 2 cars is included in this object. The Grossarl Valley offers plenty of leisure and sports activities and thus does not let boredom arise. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
