Villa Atena is a modern designed villa with swimming pool only 2 km from the sea and Porec.
Near the house there are shopping centres, ATMs, petrol stations, cafes, restaurants, tennis and volleyball courts, beautiful beaches. On enclosed property of 160 sqm guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 32 sqm, sun loungers, dining table, barbecue, parasol and two parking spaces.
Villa Atena for 6 guests has a living area of 150 sqm and is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with private bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
