Additionally, guests can make use of an expansive, shared garden where children can play to their heart's content. The estate is located just 2 kilometers from the charming village of Riells, where you can find all your daily amenities and local delicacies. Prefer a day by the sea? The beautiful beaches of Calella, Malgrat, and Blanes are approximately 20 kilometers away. Please note: The access road to the accommodation is partially unpaved.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
