The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Montgo mountain and is about 4 km from La Marineta Cassiana beach and the ports and Marina in Denia.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. On the upper level there is an open-plan living area and an open, modern kitchen, as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the lower floor is a small living area and a bedroom and a bathroom. The accommodation offers privacy, a beautiful pool without chlorine, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, various terraces and viewpoints to enjoy the wonderful views of the bay, the sea, the castle of Denia and the city. Sports activities, sights and many beaches in the area make this villa an ideal place for your vacation in Spain. The layout of this holiday home is very suitable for families and multi-generations or a group of friends looking for relaxation and a quiet place to unwind. Finca Serena is not a suitable place for parties! But your pet is also welcome.
