This detached villa under a thatched roof sits right on the Heegermeer and sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private sauna give everyone plenty of space. From the garden you walk straight to your own jetty, so your boat is moored right outside. A holiday home in Heeg for anyone who wants comfort and water in one place.

Living and outdoor life

Large windows fill the villa with daylight and keep the lake in view wherever you are. The spacious living area has several comfortable seating areas, so you can spend time together or curl up somewhere quiet with a book. The large dining table is the place for long dinners overlooking the water.

Outside, you can follow the sun, which reaches the property in the morning, afternoon and evening. The terrace, balcony and conservatory are lovely spots for a long lunch or a drink at the end of the day. The enclosed garden and generous plot give you peace and privacy.

Kitchen

The modern open kitchen is made for people who enjoy cooking. It has a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a Quooker, a combination microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. For breakfast there is a filter coffee machine and a toaster.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa has four bedrooms with luxury Auping mattresses and beds 210 centimetres long. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and double washbasin. The other bedrooms each have their own washbasin, and there are two further bathrooms and several toilets.

When you arrive, the beds are made up and a towel set is ready for each guest. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Sauna and extra comfort

Your private sauna is on the ground floor, with aromatic sauna scents included. Right next to it is a shower to cool off after a session. Underfloor heating, insect screens, Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV add to your comfort. For practical matters there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a storage room. Parking is available for two cars.

On the water

Your private jetty is at the front of the villa and can be reached directly from the garden. Ideal if you bring your sloop or sailing boat, and just as nice for drinks by the water. The Heegermeer is one of the Frisian lakes, so your boat trip starts right at the bottom of your garden.

The villa is part of Boutique Parc Pharshoeke in Heeg, a water sports village in the heart of the Frisian lakes. From here you can go sailing, cycling or walking through the wide Frisian countryside, and the village of Heeg itself is easy to explore from the park. The villa is non-smoking and pet-free.
