From the house you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Kattegat and the dunes. Large terraces facing the sea and south invite you to enjoy outdoor life from early in the morning until late in the evening. The house is tastefully decorated and appears bright and inviting with striking wooden panelling and a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for making cooking a sociable experience. The house is a neighbouring house to A26530 and shares access to a swing and sandpit behind the outermost row of dunes.
Lyngså beach is one of the most beautiful on the east coast and is car-free. The charming old town of Sæby with its maritime harbour flair, numerous shops and authentic restaurants is just a short drive away.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
