The house convinces with the friendly, homey interior, the spacious kitchen-living room and especially the large terrace right on the water. The first floor invites you to relax, play and cook together. Have breakfast in the morning freshness with a view over the landscape and plan your day or sit together in the evening still sociable to let the day end. Directly in front of the house is a small jetty where paddle boats or similar can be moored.
Explore the beautiful ferry harbor of Øer Strand, where large sand islands appear at low tide. The shallow water attracts many birds and there is always something to see. Let your children build sand castles or discover the varied bottom while snorkeling. To the west of the pier are windmills worth seeing. Take trips to the small coastal towns, the safari park or to Aarhus if you need a little city feeling in between.
No matter what you choose, you are guaranteed a great vacation here.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
