Description
This vacation home in the Brabant countryside is located 5 km from the Efteling theme park in Kaatsheuvel. Enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace over the Brabant farmlands. The vacation home has two bedrooms, one is on the first floor and the other, larger, is on the second floor. The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower. You will receive a very warm welcome from the homeowners, who live on the same property. In the immediate vicinity there are many opportunities for eventful days. The vacation home is located near the Efteling, where you can enjoy a day full of beautiful adventures, but also the Loonse and Drunense Duinen. Here you can walk and cycle. At Safaripark Beeksebergen you can enjoy elephants, monkeys, lions and more. The cities of Tilburg, 's-Hertogenbosch and Breda are also worth a visit.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
