Description
The villas provide a very spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and large glass windows. They guarantee a view of the water and lots of natural light. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, such as a corner sofa, a dining area for four persons and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show off your culinary skills, including a refrigerator-freezer combination, a hob with built-in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
All of our villas have two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds, a private bathroom, and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. When you arrive, we will have made the beds for you. The luxurious, spacious bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower.
Our villas are no-smoking and have WiFi. You can park a single car at the accommodation without any issues.

Die Lage an den Loosdrechtse Plassen war super, vorallem direkt an einer Gracht mit eigener Anlegestelle.
Dafür ist es aber auch etwas abgelegen, kein Ort in fußläufiger Umgebung mit Cafés und Geschäften. Man benötigt immer ein Auto oder Fahrrad.

Sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist modern und stylisch eingerichtet. Auch der Gartenbereich ist toll, hier könnte man eventuell überall darüber nachdenken, einen kleinen Zaun zwischen den Gärten zu bauen. Wir hatten zwischenzeitlich Besuch von einem Fremdhund. Allgemein ist es aber schön, wie auf die Hunde eingegangen wird.
Eine Klimaanlage war in unserem Haus vorhanden, allerdings konnten wir diese ohne extra zu zahlen nicht nutzen. Sowas sollte eigentlich bei solch einer Art an Häuser, auch auf dem modernen Niveau, zur Standardausstattung gehören.
Zusätzliche könnte man eventuell etwas mehr darauf achten, alle Spinnen usw, am Äußeren der Häuser zu entfernen. Im Groß und Ganzen war es aber wirklich klasse!

Das Haus ist wundervoll gelegen und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Zimmer und ein sehr schöner Außenbereich direkt am kleinen Kanal gelegen.

Es war sehr schön! Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig und sehr empfehlenswert wenn man einmal abschalten möchte von dem Alltag. Auch die Anlage im Gesamten war super schön! Uns haben die Tagen welche wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder tun!

Mooie nieuwe woningen op een ruim perceel, op een kleinschalig park aan het water.
Wij hadden een 4-persoons woning met 2 slaapkamers, ieder met een eigen badkamer met douche en wastafel. Een leuke, lichte woonkamer met veel ramen en keukenopstelling.
Buiten is aan de voorzijde een eigen parkeerplaats. Aan de achterzijde (aan het water) een zeer ruime tuin met tuintafel met stoelen, 2 ligbedden, parasol en zelfs een eigen aanlegplaats voor de boot.
Kortom een hele leuke woning op een mooie plek!
