Description
This cozy vacation apartment is just 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Moneglia and offers wonderful views of the Gulf of Tigullio from the first floor. From the balcony, you can enjoy an impressive panorama of the Ligurian coast.
The apartment is accessed via an outdoor staircase and is a great base for a vacation on the Italian Riviera. Behind the building, there is a shared terrace where you can enjoy meals outdoors. Children can also play here. Pets are welcome, so your dog can enjoy the vacation with you.
Layout & Comfort
The apartment is located on the first floor. Thanks to its elevated position, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding area and the Gulf of Tigullio.
At the front of the apartment, there is a balcony where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the views. At the back, a shared terrace is available for outdoor dining and relaxing.
Apartment ILL737 is also located in the same building. Guests of both apartments share the terrace.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
Moneglia is a coastal town offering plenty of opportunities for both relaxing and active vacations. You will find beaches, traditional restaurants, inviting bars, a pleasant promenade and beautiful hiking trails through the surrounding countryside.
The sandy beaches of Baia delle Favole and Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante are 12 km away. Santa Margherita, 36 km away, and Portofino, 41 km away, are also wonderful destinations for a day trip.
The picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre can be reached by train, car or boat. In July and August, ferries depart from Moneglia. Active vacationers can enjoy activities such as climbing, diving, sport fishing, boating and cycling.
From Easter through October, concerts are held in the old chapel and open-air monastery of San Giorgio. Traditional markets are also regularly held in the historic streets of Moneglia.
Upon request and for an additional fee, various activities and services can be arranged, including excursions, boat trips, horseback riding, cooking classes, tastings, babysitting and dog sitting.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
