Distances: 3 km Poggibonsi (important town in the Val d'Elsa with stores of all kinds); 14 km the medieval town of San Gimignano; 30 km the fascinating city of Siena with its spectacular "Piazza del Campo"; 45 km away are the charming cities of Florence and Volterra with their cultural and architectural richness.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
