Here you will occupy a part of a beautiful two-family house with outdoor area and private pool, just 200 meters from the beach of Torvaianica, on the coast of Lazio. Ideal for a relaxing vacation with your children and your four-legged friends. The area is particularly known for its wide sandy beaches, where free beaches alternate with equipped bathing facilities. The most important marine park in Italy is not far away and is perfect for a relaxing day for young and old. The magnificent nature reserve of the Roman coast is also nearby. This is also an ideal starting point to visit the most interesting places in Lazio, such as the wonderful city of Rome, just 25 km from here, Castel Gandolfo 40 km and Tivoli 66 km.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
