Should the clouds hide the sun, there are also several activities such as art museums, local markets and cultural offerings in the nearby town of Cannes (10km) or the smaller municipality of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. There are marked hiking and mountain bike trails close to the house, as well as several viewing platforms and tennis courts. Why not savour national dishes and spirits while appreciating the French charm and the wonderful sea air?

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
