Exceptionally beautiful villa (170m²) with wifi for 8 people on a huge piece of land, equipped with a lot of luxury, comfort and a beautiful large private pool. Upon arrival you’ll pass through an iron fence onto the driveway of the villa. In the spacious living room, there is a comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV and international Canal Digital channels where you can relax. From the living room you can enjoy a stunning view over the garden which is tens of meters wide and long. Adjacent to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. In the utility room there is a washing machine, a dryer, and an extra-large fridge-freezer. The four bedrooms each have two comfortable box spring beds. There are three bathrooms: one of the bathrooms has a bath, shower, sink and toilet, another of the bathrooms has a shower, sink and toilet and the last bathroom has a shower and sink. In addition, there is a separate toilet. The patio doors give access to a lovely and spacious covered terrace with comfortable garden chairs. In the garden there are several terraces so you can either choose a place in the sun or in the shade. The large garden is a fantastic playground for children.  A private swimming pool with its very own sun deck and sunbeds is waiting especially for you. The pool is open from the fourth week of April up until the fourth week of September and can be heated. You can indicate this as a paid preference when booking. Several villas have a charging port to charge electric cars. If your villa has this option, you can book it as an extra. For charging your electric car there is a standard socket just like the sockets in the house. You may need to bring your own adapter plug.
