Beautiful vacation apartment directly on Lake Maggiore. Magnificent view, especially at sunset: you can moor your boat or canoe just below the house! Living room with small fireplace, ideal for the cool evenings. Small balcony with beautiful view of the lake. Lakeside promenade with good restaurants serving local specialties. 1 km the small village of Porto Valtravaglia, 6 km the center of Germignaga, 8 km Luino with ferries to other picturesque towns on the lake and the Borromean Islands. The parking is on the roof of the house which is at street level, ideal solution for lakefront homes. The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails. From Germignaga there is an 8 km long pedestrian and cycling path that runs mostly along the river bank. Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a crib (payment on site).

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
